Do You Need A Reservation For The Deck?

Reservation is encouraged if you wish to soak up the sunset view on the top floors of the restaurant. Walk-in customers find it impossible to steal a good spot for the view closer to sunset time as there is almost no availability.

Reservation can be made via the LINE app or call-direct over a local line at 083-988-8736.

The opening time at The Deck is from Monday to Sun between 11:00 and 22:00.

For those without reservations, you’ll be guided to the Amorosa Bar on the top floor. Check the sunset time for the day and plan at least 30 minutes for the best view.

Alternatively, pre-purchase a set menu – Lunch Set (11:00 am–3:00 pm) or Dinner Set (6:00 pm–10:00 pm).

Settle your bills before heading to the rooftop for a drink, even if it’s under the same company.

Dress Code At The Deck

Smart casual. No athletic attire or sleeveless T-shirts.

Gentlemen must wear long trousers and closed shoes.

The Menu At The Deck: What To Order?

Amorosa Bar and The Deck are operated by the same company. At Amorosa, you shall find a curated range of fried fritters and finger foods to pair with your drinks. French fries, spring rolls, grilled sausages, and salads are a few to be named.

They whisk up both cocktails and alcoholic drinks here.

Examining the cost, it ranges from 300 to 400 baht, placing it in the riverside restaurant price range and more affordable than a rooftop bar.

For what to eat at The Deck, picture duck leg confit in honey sauce, New Zealand tenderloin, or fresh Thai seafood. While prices are high, the view and atmosphere compensate. Though mainly frequented by foreigners, locals also enjoy it.

The magnificent sunset view here plays a key role in your dining experience. For the ultimate sunset experience along the Chao Phraya River, head to The Deck. With the sun and stupa in perfect harmony, Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) creates a breathtaking backdrop. Arrive by 5 PM to witness a mesmerizing shift in sky colors.

Despite the hefty price tag, The Deck By Arun Residence is still worth a try. Officially named The Deck by the River, this spot offers the city’s best view of Wat Arun. Arrive early for a sunset painted in purple and red hues with the temple’s silhouette at the center. As darkness falls, the temple transforms into a golden beacon, setting the stage for a romantic night out.
